The Initial Consultation
Our consultant enjoys spending time with every family assisting them with decisions regarding their
dream pool. The initial consultation can take up to 2 hours as our consultant listens to your needs, wants and challenges and then works with you to make the best possible choices for you and your family. Our consultant will cover a number aspects to ensure that you choose a pool according to your needs. These include:
- Purpose of pool: what you will be using your pool for
- Your preferred location: we need to know the location of drainage and sewerage mains.
- The extent of the project: Is fencing, paving etc to be included in quote.
- Access available for excavation equipment and trucks.
- Slope and contour of block.
- Difficulty of excavation eg topsoil or rock.
- Your wish list eg lights, automatic cleaner, spa, pool cover, spa jets, built in pool cleaner.
- Budget: we can work in with all budgets.
- Colour: We are able to organise a visit to a number of our family's pools so that you can choose your perfect colour.
