Portch Pools & Spas truly believe in customer service and stay by your side long after the completion of your pool project. At the completion of your pool project, we provide you with a guided tour of your equipment. We also cover the required cleaning and maintenance procedures to keep your pool clean and healthy.

Now that your apart of the Portch Pools and Spas family we schedule another visit 4 -> 6 weeks after pool completion to call in and say hello. The purpose of this 2nd visit is to ensure that your cleaning and maintenance routine is being done properly and address any questions or queries you may have encountered since our last visit. Once this is completed we are able to advise you on how to balance your water.

We provide every new Portch Pools & Spa’s pool owner with a handover kit with lots of bits-n-pieces that you will need as a new pool owner. Also included is our own reference booklet that covers a range of topics including water balancing and cleaning and maintenance.

We also invite you to contact us 24 / 7 for advice and guidance. If we are unable to assist you in the first instance, we will either gather the information for you or provide you with the contact details of someone how can help you.
