The work you've done has made such a wonderful difference to our lives. The kids were in the pool before school, after school, 20 times a weekend and have gone from swimming as a rock does to really well in a matter of weeks. Why did you choose Portch Pools & Spas?
Several work colleagues have had pools installed by Portch Pools, and everyone had positive comments regarding service and installation. After doing our own homework, mainly via the internet, it was evident that Portch Pools was a reputable company that has been around for a long time. Another contributing factor was that Portch Pools carry their own Pools and store them at their premises until required, keeping them safe and sound. This meant that as soon as the hole was excavated the pool was delivered and installed; unlike other pool installers, who often deliver and store pools at client's residence well prior installation date (tends to kill the grass).
Initial Contact...
After our initial phone enquiry Robyn promptly scheduled an on site inspection which I must add occurred on time as scheduled (unusual today!) Having limited space for a pool and us having what we thought was a clear idea of what we were going to do, the on site inspection proved invaluable. The options Chris presented in detail covering size, colour, lighting, landscaping, fencing, filtering etc gave us a great up to date view at what is available on the current market place. The friendly follow up consultations plus the opportunity to view completed Portch pools was worthwhile and enjoyable. Simply good customer service.
Construction...
The five day construction period had minimal impact on family. The on going consultation with Chris and Robyn throughout the installation made sure our needs/requirements were met. We are very happy with the quality of work carried out and the finished result, a view shared by visitors to our premises.
The handover...
When it came to the handing of our new dream pool, both Robyn & Chris ensured we were happy with project completion. Although we have previously been pool owners, Robyn & Chris's genuine "don't hesitate to call" plus several follow up visits to see how things after the pool completion has been nice. From start to finish the back yard make over was a pleasant and quite satisfying project.
Would you recommend Portch Pools & Spas?
